First let me just say that I am a collector, NOT a dealer. All my items come from my personal collection that started in the 1960's. This is a WW1 British wire cutters. They measure 19 1/2 inches overall length. Made by Charles H. Pugh LTD. See photos for additional markings. They are "broad arrow" marked indicating govt. acceptance/use. One wood grip has an 11/16 inch x 7/16 inch x 1/8 inch deep gouge in it. See photo. Nice condition . Function fine. No rust or pitting. Perfect for your trench equipment display.
